Just a nasty old flatfender with a wrangler spring over on 35" TSL's, Buick 300 V8,Tubo350, Dana 18 TC, Mod 30 powerlocked front and a SMittybuilt floater Dana 44 rear axle w/Arb. 4.88 gears, 4 wheel disc brakes and stretched frame to 86"WB.
Full cage and I really hate to admit it, an elect. operated, ALL steel tilt front end.
It's got to the point that the only thing still original is MOST of the two frame rails.
WAITING TO INSTALL:
Currie 9" High Pinion with 4.88's and Detroit locker and Disc Brakes.
Scout Dana 44 front axle cut and turned, Disc brakes, ARB and 488's.
1970 351 Cleveland (still to build) somewhere in the 450+HP range.
C-6 Automatic
Dana 20 transfercase with 315-1 low range. Going to have to custom build a plate to tilt the TC up. (my second thought, i should have gone with the Dana 300, but just had a brain fart instead).
Body changes: swap to a GPW grille just for ambiance.
Also time to get rid of the spring over suspension. Rubicon Exp. spring pack on rear and probably some really long coilovers on the front.
