About my Wrangler

It's an almost all original 1987 Wrangler YJ, I consider it special because '87 was the last year AMC made jeeps, but the first year that the Wrangler was introduced.
so its the only legitimate "jeep" wrangler, not "chrysler" wrangler. Also, it is a special color, and has very rare hood decals. I've yet to see another like it.

My 87 shares this color and decals. I think it was one of the best colors put on a jeep. I am thinking that there were not many made like this. Yours is the only other one that i have ever came across.

I know of this 87YJ . I owned it for 18 yrs. It was sold by the Dealer with a nice Almond Brown hard-top with a rare SUNROOF. It has not once been out-performed by any 6 cylinder, of the same make or prior years inlign models that were stock as this Jeep is. So my son has left it as is. A garaged Jeep with over 20yrs. of trails an tails, still as clean as could be. Decals are still pretty. The Burnt Autumn Orange paint - is still the prettiest i've seen. Im biased but not blind. I recommend the factory paint for anyone - about to do a paint-job.
