About my DJ-3A

OK I know that Sir DJ is one of those "Top Ten Jeeps We'd Never Own" according to JP mag.....what can say except "at least it isnt Pink!"

This jeep started out as hotel guest rental in Hawaii. Brought back to Portland where I bought it in 2000. Still displays hotel parking sticker, Hawaii state inspection stickers, AAA Hawaii, on rear bumper. It has taken me approx 6 years to collect parts & finish this jeep. Complete tear down to frame, new seals/bearings front to rear. All new fabric, new tires/NOS hubcaps. Seat covers/top/wheel well pads/valance panels/spare tire cover was all hand dyed from solid white material. Do have all original door/side & rear curtains, which are great shape, they were stored flat and not rolled up inside top. DJ drives & rides like new, plus it is a blast to drive.
